Our coffee bags always have tasting notes mentioned like Raspberry or Chocolate or Cinnamon but to most of us, Coffee would taste like just Coffee. One would have to refresh their senses by actually tasting that condiment to better pick up those flavours in Coffee.
We hosted a Sensory development workshop where you could sample and blind taste lots of different things alongside coffee to understand where on your palate you can perceive the flavours and identify them. It was to expand your palette vocabulary while identifying coffee's flavour, acidity and body!
