Beyond the common processing methods lies a world of possibility for coffee fermentation. Fermentation is the chemical breakdown of a substance by bacteria, yeasts, or other microorganisms. Experimenting with different wash frequencies, drying environments, and other variables profoundly affect the flavours present in the coffee and create new experience.
Per consumer, a maximum of three boxes are available as we have a very limited quantity.

Tasting Notes : - Jackfruit, Cranberry and Honey Finish
This years lot is here and again we have profiled it in a way that it accentuates the flavours. Only carefully selected high elevation coffees are used for this process.
Fresh cut Watermelons are added and infused into the fermentation.
Tasting Notes : - Overtone of peach, Crisp Winey and rounded Acidity
Only 25+ Brix cherries are used for this process. This is a unique fermentation process where CO2 is introduced to flush the oxygen in the tank to create longer fermentation which brings out more of fruity notes in the cup.
RED FRUIT PROCESS
Tasting Notes : - Grapefruit, Lemongrass and Brown Sugar
It is a unique 2 stage fermentation method to achieve acetic acidity which creates delicate flavour notes in the cup. Sun dried in raised bed to create fruit bomb in the cup.
Here is an interesting story- Our founder met the owner of Riverdale Estate when he was in Melbourne back in 2017 and since then we have been speaking with these legends and to get our hands on these beautiful green beans to roast & convert them into some magic!
We have a really small amount of these beautiful fruit fermented micro lot coffees and only 200 tabs available for this product.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. We shall be roasting these beautiful coffee's on 18th of November and shipping out the next day. Before shipping we shall be sending everyone a mail taking you through behind the process from our roastery.
Q. What is the preferred technique to brew these coffees?
A. These fermented coffees will be best suited for manual brews.
Q. What does fruit fermentation means?
A. Fresh cut fruits are put into the fermentation tanks and left for a certain time period.
Q. Can I get a single fermented coffee if I don’t want the others?
A. This is a whole pack in which you will be getting all the 3 fruit fermented coffees together. As these are micro lot coffees we have a very little quantity of these beautiful coffees, and so you won’t be able to get a single coffee.
