This coffee has subtle notes of Walnuts and Water Guava . The acidity is well balanced, tastes great on a manual brew . The charge temperature was 195 degrees with Maillard stage that was controlled to get the most sweetness. The coffee is roasted light and tastes great with Cold brew and manual brews.
