Coffee Producers Note -
Handpicked ripened cherries are washed in natural spring water and real watermelon fruits are used to ferment in an air tight bag for 72 hours. Temperature and Ph are monitored in the process to produce consistency in every lot, and once the fermentation is complete cherries are then sun dried in raised beds for 25-30 days.

Roasters Note -
This year's lots from the Riverdale Estate are here, and we are filled with excitement to roast them for you. This coffee has been a favourite and has again been profiled to produce an interesting cup with a concoction of flavours. We found that this coffee develops a fruity and tangy character with a slight sweetness when roasted for a short duration. Keeping the development ratio within the desirable bracket, we have profiled ;this coffee to be filter roast.
