Our Journey
Founded in 2017, Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters is a pioneer in the Indian specialty coffee scene. Our passion for crafting exceptional coffee has not only earned us two national championships but has also helped us train and build the next generation of coffee champions.
We're dedicated to introducing our customers to the world of specialty coffee. Our hands-on approach, combined with our 2x championship-winning expertise and specialized quality control, ensures every bean we roast is a testament to our commitment.

Mithilesh Vazalwar
Mithilesh Vazalwar is the founder and CEO of Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters. He is a Coffee Q-Grader, Coffee Roaster, Cupper and Trainer. He transitioned from a finance background to specialty coffee and has built a team that operates at international standards.
He is a two-time Indian Coffee Champion, Indian AeroPress Champion 2017, and National Barista Champion 2022. He has served as an international judge in coffee competitions three times. Through Corridor Seven and his YouTube channel, he works on creating awareness about specialty coffee and building a coffee community in India.
He and his team has been training both rural and urban teams, contributes to skill development, and continues to expand Corridor Seven’s footprint across India and internationally. He has spoken at TEDx and has been featured in several publications.
