• Ascertains their dining/seating needs.
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed. Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Roaster in executing daily roasting schedules.
• Operate and monitor roasting equipment under supervision.
• Conduct pre-roast and post-roast quality checks, including moisture readings, color analysis, and physical evaluation.
• Support in sample roasting and test profiling as needed.
• Pack roasted coffee with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the roasting and production areas.
• Manage inventory of green and roasted coffee, packaging materials, and consumables.
• Log and track roast data using designated software or spreadsheets.
• Assist during cupping sessions and provide feedback on roast quality.
• Support equipment maintenance and calibration routines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or formal training in coffee (brewing, barista work, or production) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of specialty coffee and interest in learning roasting principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a coffee roastery, café, or production facility.
• Familiarity with roast logging tools (Cropster, Artisan) is a plus.
• Participation in cuppings or brewing workshops.

Customer Purchase Path (CPP) Optimization: Collaborate with developers to streamline the online shopping journey and drive growth through performance-focused strategies.

Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards to track performance, report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations.

Campaign Execution: Lead digital campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales. Work closely with the community and creative teams for campaign assets.

Strategic Product Launches: Support the go-to-market strategy for new products across our webstore and third-party platforms like Amazon.

Platform-Specific KPI Optimization: Tailor ad strategies to optimize KPIs across Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms.

Customer Engagement: Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries. Encourage user-generated content and foster online community engagement.

E-commerce Support: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and improve the online shopping experience.

Market Research: Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and new tools to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

On-Ground Marketing Support: Take a proactive role in planning and executing local marketing efforts. This includes actively supporting and driving participation in on-ground events like wedding expos, corporate events, private parties, and pop-up markets to introduce more people to the Corridor Seven experience and drive direct sales. You'll help coordinate
logistics, engage with attendees, and capture content for digital
amplification.

Foundational Graphic Design: Support the marketing team by creating basic visual content for campaigns, emails, ads, and social media, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing tools or platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, SEO certifications, etc.)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or related internships.
• Experience managing or supporting paid campaigns and organic content strategies is a plus.

Key Skills:
