Here's what the session covers:
● Live demonstration brew - watch the championship team brew to competition standard and understand exactly what goes into a winning cup.
● Full ruleset walkthrough - the IAC format, the timing, the variables that matter and the ones that don't.
● Mock competition round - brew under real conditions, with a clock and a panel of judges calling it.
● Sit on the judging panel - taste the mock round brews blind and point like a judge. Understanding what wins from that side of the table is the one advantage most competitors never get.
