Grief comes with a certain heaviness that we mostly try to avoid. It is also understood as a feeling that comes only as a consequence of death. But the truth is that grief has many shapes, reasons and forms. We feel it after heartbreak, after not getting the job we wanted or even losing out on parts of ourselves. With this journaling club, we want to be able to sit beside grief and have a conversation with it in a safe, gentle space.
