This coffee is madness. We found that this coffee develops a complex fruity character when roasted for a shorter duration keeping the development ratio at a desirable bracket. The coffee is profiled as a Filter (light) Roast and provides optimum output on a Pour-Over. The tasting notes of this coffee turned out to be of Pears, Red Apple & Peaches.
